Another Running Start Outstanding Student Award! Way to go, Grace Morgan!
From the Centralia College's Page - Grace Morgan is a Running Start student from Rochester High School. She is an Eagle Scout from Scouts BSA Troop 317. She is a competitive Scottish highland dancer, varsity swimmer, and practices jiu-jitsu. She also is involved in many volunteer projects through Boy Scouts, National Honors Society, and many more groups. Morgan is studying Korean and Chinese and has been selected for a scholarship language exchange program in South Korea in 2026 through the US State Department. After that, she plans to transfer to the University of Mississippi to double major in international studies and Chinese and double minor in Korean and economics.

Congresswoman Gluesenkamp Perez Visits Rochester High School!
On Wednesday, we were honored to welcome Representative Marie Gluesenkamp Perez to Rochester High School. She toured our CTE (Career & Technical Education) classes, met with students and staff, and saw firsthand the hands-on learning happening at RHS. We appreciate her taking the time to connect with our school community and support the future of workforce education!







Rochester Track & Field is representing at State!
A huge shoutout to our incredible athletes competing at the state meet in Yakima! We’ve already seen some amazing performances, and there’s more to come!
Brooklyn Alfonso, Gunnar Morgan, and Dominic Delgado gave it their all—we are so proud of your effort and determination!
Merecedies Dupont placed 5th in the state for the 100M and is still set to compete in the 200M—way to go, Merecedies!
Kailyn Black placed 15th in the 100M hurdles, and our 4x200M relay team (Kailyn Black, Kenna Pratt, Jordyn Johnson, and Merecedies Dupont) took 12th—with the 4x100M relay still ahead!
Keep it up, Warriors—your hard work, heart, and hustle are making Rochester proud!

Good luck to our Lady Warrior golfers as they compete in the League Championships this Thursday, May 8 at Tumwater Valley Golf Course! This all-day, 18-hole tournament kicks off at 9:00 AM, and some of our athletes are aiming to qualify for Districts — let’s cheer them on!


League Champs! Our Lady Warriors softball team clinched the 1A Evergreen League title in a nailbiter against Elma! The girls pulled off a hard-fought 12–8 victory in extra innings to take the crown. Way to go, Warriors!
